Great expectations

Every once in a while for fun before I clean out my spam folder I will look through the emails. Of course 99% of it is complete crap, but once in a while a spammer has come up with a creative tag line to sell erectile dysfunction medication or help increase your stamina, and I think it's funny. The other day I was going through my spam folder and started to wonder, what if it wasn't all crap? What if some of these come ons were actually true?

I mean, if just some of these were true, my job could be recession proof, I'd have access to the best oil play in '10 and I'd be getting discounts of 72-80%, pretty sweet huh? Something to think about...

New cousin!

A few weeks ago we met our new cousin, Ryan James Almasy. We had a lot of fun meeting him, and Annie's favorite part was getting to see two dogs! Annie still has a pretty severe case of dog fever, I'm hoping she grows out of it because I don't think I can handle having a dog.

Vacation, all I ever wanted...

Last week we went to Florida... and it was the best! The best timing, we all needed a break from the dreary northeast weather. It was sunny every day. The first few days the temp was in the 60s, but each day got a little warmer and it was in the 70s when we left. Of course, when we came back to Boston it was sunny and 60 too!

All of the Drummys were down there and we rented a condo on Hutchinson Island. Annie and Bea had a whole week to play together and they had a great time. They also started picking up eachother's habits. For example, Bea loves to carry around her blanket. Normally, Annie does not carry around a blanket or care which blanket she uses at home. After seeing Bea and her blankie Annie decided she would carry her's around. The first few days after we got home she carried it around, but she has begun to stop. And we've heard that Bea now goes to sleep right away just like her cousin.

Every day was very relaxing. We would go for a walk in the morning, the girls would play, go out for lunch, and then the girls would take a nap. After they woke up we then went to the beach or headed to the pool. It was a great week and it was a lot of fun to be able to spend a week together!
